along which there has been a chain of earthquakes. The most famous of these, being the earthquake that triggered the tsunami of 2004, occurred just off the coast of Indonesia. As the map shows, there are seeding programs throughout Indonesia. There have also been earthquakes in Pakistan, India, Iran and Afghanistan, all along this chain of seeding programs. In Africa, where there are a number of "precipitation enhancement" programs (this map is incomplete for Africa) the resulting drought has easily already led to war. The potential that this method of weather modification has to manipulate political conditions in a given area becomes clear in this instance where Africa is generally politically unstable. Add to this the fact that so little is known about cloud seeding amongst any general population. Many believe with child-like faith that "only God can control the weather." Victims never realize that their taxes contribute to the very same cloud seeding programs that lead to the destruction of their home or business.
                               Note the cloud seeding in Brazil; this country recently attracted the first hurricane in its
                               history. While it can be seen here that no seeding is done in Italy, the British Isles, or
                               Switzerland all of  these areas are currently suffering terrible side effects from the chain of
                               programs that run straight through Europe.
 
 
 
  
Even those in the official capacity of making the decision to use cloud seeding do not always understand its destructive potential. Yet what are the political implications of the select few who do understand and who also possess that power to influence the world's finance and governing structure? In the United States where there is so much opportunity for politicking, not only is cloud seeding a big international business but so are its resulting problems like hurricanes and forest fires. Whatever the cause is determined to be, it is unlikely any real solution to climate change will come from an entity whose first response to any problem is to market it. The idea becomes how to perpetuate the problem while looking as though you are actually trying to solve it and make money the whole time. Many of the people who truly care about the environment and their fellow man, work in large government agencies in influential positions but find themselves powerless to influence the directives of the agency itself which has another agenda. FEMA is a good example of this, so is the EPA.
